I have just found out “from a referral” that another of my clients has had his claim for damage to ceiling settled, thanks to my report, after initial rejection by the insurer.

The initial rejection (ceiling damage featured on this web site”building insurance reports”) was a mind boggling stupidity, ineptitude or just fraudulence by insurer’s assessor.

Or perhaps just a case of insurer’s opportunistic bluff.

I am happy for my client. I don’t know if he recovered my inspection fees from the insurer, he should have had.
