Every now and then I come across something so shocking that it leaves me with profound disgust for the builder and the system that enables it to happen and is unwilling to do something about it.

This was young couple’s dram home and is now the worst nightmare. I had no hesitation but to recommend that they get legal advice and terminate building contract. See for yourself

We are supposed to have building control. Where is the control?  When Building Control Commission dropped control from its name it actually dropped control from everything  it does. Building Commission, you are “The Captain” this happened on your watch, are you asleep at the wheel?  It’s disgusting, shame on you.
