Recent building inspection revealed lot more than just swimming pool defects.

Although swimming pool safety fence was well constructed there were two possible breaches.

1 A flower pot against the fence could be used by child to climb over and drown.

2 A screening shrub planted against fence could be used to climb over

The client was advised and the risk was removed.

Thankfully no child drowned.
