Pre final inspection, what is it going to take to make you flip?

If you have paid close to $400,000 for your beautiful new two storey home this will do it.

This home by a top tier builder is a disgrace, you make up your own mind:

I did pre final inspection on this home. It’s too late. Even if the builder makes an effort to rectify defects it will now delay handover. Had there been regular inspections during construction, things would have turned out differently. When I asked the client why he did not get independent stage inspections he said he did not know about it.

The builder that has been building for decades is determined to look like a bush handyman but it does not matter because he is making bucket loads of money by skimping on supervision and control.
