Over 12 months ago I had the displeasure of inspecting particularly poorly constructed dwelling, and among many other thing this photo speaks for itself.

Then last Friday, here we go again, the same builder

In heavy rains this foundation will become flooded and may become damaged

I have been complaining about builder’s lack of site drainage management for years.

No one listens!

I have hundreds of reports(with photographic records) going back almost 7 years and virtually all major builders are the culprits

When foundations fail do you really think it’s mother nature to blame? or act of God?

Builders will continue to do the wrong thing until fines, or penalties hit their pocket or until they are de registered.

Building Commission is unable and unwilling to do anything about it!
