People often ask, are there termites in my area? The fact is they could be anywhere. Termites don’t recognise municipal boundaries. Having said that some areas have greater incidence then others but the fact is your home is at risk. This is my recent map, my other inspectors have other maps and other inspection companies have theirs.

So, what do you do?. The first rule of property protection is vigilance and the second is maintenance. Knowing what to do and how to do it is extremely important  because pest companies will not necessarily sell you the right management system. Instead they may sell what is profitable for them.
