This follows by blog on 13/02/2012 in which I reported biased and in my opinion fraudulent engineering report that the insurer was relying on in offering my client a pittance as settlement.

I have since found out that my client (GP) has confronted insurer with my report and got a much better offer (about two and a half times more) which he had accepted.

My client has told me my report was very accurate and I was “his hero”, of course there is no bravery here, just expert knowledge applying pressure at the right point.
