Yesterday again I inspected a family home for a prospective purchaser and found missing smoke detectors outside bedrooms as required. There was one smoke detector in dining room ceiling (where it was not required). Was that enough? Definitely not.

When family’s life is at risk, don’t take chances! All those people and children who have died in house fires with no smoke detectors or non functioning detectors wish they could rewind.

Life is not a movie, you can’t rewind.
