If you think that building inspectors won’t miss framing defects, you are wrong. Have a look at the wall bracing of this frame that has been passed by building inspector. By the way I also found defective brickwork articulation joints and defective contact between water service and metal wall brace. Building inspectors won’t care to find them.

So if you think that you don’t need independent frame inspection, because frame is inspected as part of mandatory frame inspection by building inspector as part of building permit, think again!
