Once again, unexpected and invisible roof leak was discovered over bathroom. It is showing up as dark areas on ceiling and can only be seen with thermal imaging camera.

If you don’t have thermal imaging camera you have no chance of knowing that you have roof leak  until there is serious ceiling damage from dampness.

This is why any property inspector that has not invested in thermal imaging cannot give you that extra layer of inspection certainty.
