I see a lot of defects on my inspections but carelessness, lack of respect and stupidity always gets to me.

In the example above, this electrician and the site supervisor should both be out of work for astonishing lack of respect for the owner, the good building practice and for vandalising what were  good structural members.

Neither of them would have this in their own home. They are smart enough to turn up for a weekly pay, so there is no excuse!
